BJP MP Receives Invite For Breakfast With Trump

Bellary MP B Sriramulu received invitation to join US President Donald Trump at the 66th Annual National Prayer Breakfast meeting held in Washington, DC on February 7th & 8th, 2018. Congressional Host Committee (CHC) preferred only two people from India for the Breakfast Meet with President. While one of them happens to be CM of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, The other one is parliamentarian B Sriramulu. Interestingly, Both of them are BJP Leaders.
Sriramulu, however, says he mayn't accept the invitation if party leadership wants his services during the ongoing budget session. 'Despite having visa and necessary documentation, I mayn't attend breakfast meeting with Trump due to the Whip issued by the party to be present in House for budget session. It's up to the party to decide whether I should go or not,' he maintains.
Generally, Presidents of America follow this tradition for deliberations on World Peace. Representatives of 130 nations across the world gonna participate this year.
