Doordarshan's Asst DG accused of Sexual Harassment

Doordarshan's Production Assistant alleges sexual harassment by Assistant Director General of the Public Broadcaster for a period of one year.
In the complaint with Tilak Marg police station, The woman employee accuses Doordarshan Assistant DG of making physical advances, obscene remarks and calling her to his chamber after officer hours. On February 10th, 2014, The Assistant DG asked her to stay back after office hours to preview a documentary she has made and made sexual overtunes. On March 9th, 2014, He touched the woman employee inappropriately at an official function.
What's more shocking is that the Complainant being a member of the sexual harassment committee in Doordarshan. She accuses Doordarshan DG Vijayalakshmi Chhabra of not taking appropriate action against him and harassing her with transfer from DD's Mandi House to the Central Production Centre.
When media came in touch, The Assistant Director General said the allegations against him are only intended to tarnish his reputation as he is the strong contender to become Doordarshan Director General.
