The judgment from the High Court came after the Visakhapatnam sessions judge submitted his report who met Dr. Sudhakar who was admitted to the Government Hospital and recorded the doctor's statement.
Looking into the case, Dr. Sudhakar who works as Civil Assitant Surgeon got suspended a few months back after the doctor slammed the state government for not providing N95 masks for the doctors which are the basic requirements for the medicos who were treating the patients infected with the virus.
On the alleged charges of creating nuisance the police have arrested the doctor which resulted in widespread criticism over the way cops acted in the case. Later a video went viral on social media in which the doctor can be seen without a shirt and his hands were tied back.
The cops have another version of the story who said that the doctor reportedly misbehaved with a traffic constable and even took his phone creating a scene there. Following this, he was shifted to the government hospital and has been treat distance then.
