Dream Of Ratan Tata Comes To An End?
By: Tupaki Desk | 11 Oct 2019 1:13 PM GMTHistory was made on March 23 when Tata Motors launched the Nano, the One lakh rupee car with the safe and comfortable mode of transport with affordable prize
It was a rainy day in November 2003, Ratan Tata saw a family of four on a scooter, father was driving, the young kid standing in the front, wife sitting behind him holding the handlebars with a small kid on her lap.
Ratan Tata moved by this incident and asked himself can we make a safe and affordable vehicle, so that people can travel through all the weather. After four years, the Ratan Tata dream came true and launched the most affordable car to all the people.
However, it's not been a successful dream as it stopped the production of nano cars. The people don't want to see them in the cheapest car rather than riding themselves in a branded second-hand car.
After just selling one car this year, till now they did not sell any cars and the company has hinted that production and sales of Nano cars would stop from April 2020.
