The drug's business which expanded widely in the cities like Hyderabad is now slowly spreading to the districts and major towns and villages.
As per the latest reports, the illegal business is riding high in the Kakinada city and many have been heavily addicted to the drugs.
Young people are reported to be heavily intoxicated, using drugs such as MDM, cocaine, brown sugar and heroin, especially from Vizag agency areas and other countries.
Locals are concerned that gang members are doing business aiming young people and students. People criticise that the officials are taking no such actions to curb the illegal business.
