An Indian-origin Doctor working in USA has been sacked after a video of her assaulting a Uber Driver went viral.
Anjali Ramkissoon, an Indian-origin doctor, was terminated from her position. Since January when the video surfaced on internet, She has been on administrative leave.
In the video, Anjali was spotted behaving cruelly under the influence of alcohol. She tried to hit and scratch the driver, climbed into the vehicle, thrown objects out of the car, yelled at him and tried to force him to drive her home inspite of not having a prior reservation.
After the video went viral, Anjali conveyed her apology but so much damage was done to her reputation by then. The footage garnered 7 million views and sparked an uproar.
