Air Pollution effect: Free Bus Services in Delhi!

CM Arvind Kejriwal decided to rollout Odd-Even scheme for five days from November 13th to lower the alarming level of air pollution. This rule will come into effect from 8 am and end at 8 pm. An exemption have been offered to women drivers and two wheeler riders.
Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) have around 4,000 buses which carry close to 35 lakh passengers daily. There are as many as 1,600 Cluster Buses.
Whereas, The National Green Tribunal (NGT) Today slammed Delhi Government for opting for Odd-Even Scheme again to curb air pollution though it hasn't earned desired results in the past. Tribunal questioned on what basis it choose odd-even scheme and cautioned that such a procedure can't be implemented without its consent.
