Dhoni hasn't paid TAX for 5 Years

Indian ODI & T20 skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni made news for all the wrong reasons. It came to limelight that Mr.Cool Captain hasn't paid tax on his Hummer for the past five years.
Ranchi's District Transport Office (DTO) says, Dhoni will have to pay one-time tax along with penalty now.
After buying the car, Dhoni register the vehicle as Scorpio instead of a Hummer because the name of the international brand wasn't in the options. It was a typing mistake and Dhoni has to carry on as registration can't be done if the blank space wasn't filled.
Apparently, Dhoni paid tax in 2009 and 2010. There after, He stopped paying tax for some reason.
