Dwayne Bravo Becomes First Bowler To Take '500' T20 Wickets

West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo on Wednesday became the first bowler to reach the mark of 500 wickets in T20 cricket.
The 36-year-old cricketer achieved this feat while playing the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL) match between Trinbago Knight Riders and St Lucia Zouks.
The pacer achieved got his 500th wicket in his 459th match in the shortest format. Bravo has taken his wickets at an average of 24.62 and an economy rate of 8.25.
No other bowler has even reached 400. Lasith Malinga is next on the list with 390 wickets. Bravo was the top wicket-taker in 2015 (69 wickets) and 2016 (87 wickets).
