An Earthquake measuring 7.8 magnitude hit Kamchatka peninsula in Russia on Tuesday. This powerful quake led to a Tsunami alert.

The quake struck at a depth of 11.7 kilometres. Attu Island is the epicenter of this massive quake.

Earthquake hits 125 miles away from Nikolskoye City on Bering island. Warnings have been issued that waves might rise up to 50 cm high. Luckily, There are no reports of any casualties and property damage as the epicenter is far away. US Geological Survey has withdrawn the Tsunami alert after few hours.

Another Earthquake measuring 6.4 magnitude struct the coast of Peru on Monday. It's at a depth of 44 km and epicenter was located at 104 km southeast of Puquio Town.
