EC Orders For Disqualification of CM, BJP To Gain?

Jharkhand has been grabbing everyone's attention for some time with the possible political crisis in the state. The opposition parties, mainly the Bharatiya Janata Party has been accusing Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren of his role in an illegal mining case. The issue even reached the Election Commission.
Making the political crisis, the Election Commission has reportedly disqualified Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren as MLA. Going by the information shared by the leading national media outlets, the CM was disqualified.
If the news is real then it is a disturbing development for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Congress alliance. For the past few days, Chief Minister kept himself holding talks about how to deal with the crisis. Earlier today too, he called for a meeting.
Shortly after the commencement of the meeting, the Chief Minister received a shock reportedly. The EC is believed to have asked the government to disqualify Hemant Soren as MLA.
The CM getting disqualified would surely benefit the BJP as per the political experts. They say that BJP is trying to repeat the Maharashtra-like situation in Jharkhand as well by toppling the government. Under the same, they moved the EC and the EC gave orders for the disqualification of CM.
