ED attaches Jagan's Rs 47 crore Property

The properties include Jagati Publication (Sakshi Newspaper), Indira Television (Sakshi TV) and Janani Infrastructure.
CBI filed a chargesheet against Jagan for alleged quid pro quo deals with Penna Group of Companies. PR Energy Holdings Limited which belongs to Penna Group invested in all the 3 Companies of Jagan. While Jagati received Rs 45 crore, Another company Carmel Asia Holdings got Rs 23 crore.
These Rs 68 crore pocketed by Jagan were a result of quid pro quo deals with YSR Government. Mining Leases and Government Lands were offered to Penna Group by Congress Government.
