ED shocks Sujana Chowdary, directs him to appear for hearing!

Former Union Minister, BJP Rajya Sabha member Yalamanchili Satyanarayana Chowdary aks Sujana Chowdary faced a brutal shock after the law enforcement agency Enforcement Directorate slapped notices to him.
In the notices served to the former TDP leader, the ED has directed him to appear before for it for the hearing. The case hearing will take place on the 12th of this month.
Sujana Chowdary and his Sujana group of industries are facing allegations of cheating several banks and are said to be one of the bank defaulters. Several investigation agencies are currently probing the case.
Back in 2018, the ED has conducted raids in Sujana's residence and his offices. The bank fraud is said to worth more than 6,000 crore and more than 120 shell companies of Chowdary are involved in this.
During the raids, the ED sleuths have seized six luxury cars that belong to the MP. Several documents that are said to be carrying crucial information about the case were seized.
"Searches under PMLA were conducted in case of Sri Y.S.Chowdary,MP of Andra Pradesh to investigate #bankfraud of over ₹6000Crore by more than120 shell companies controlled by Sri Y.S.Chowdary," ED's tweet in 2018 reads.
"Searches resulted in the recovery and seizure of 126 rubber stamps of various shell companies from the business premises at Plot No.18, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta at Hyderabad. It was also identified that, the above business premises has accommodated many companies of Sujana Group," the ED's official statement reads.
Sujana Chowdary, who was the TDP leader then, shifting his loyalties to the BJP party which became a most debatable issue. Several experts claimed that he joined the BJP fearing the cases.
