EC Shocks TRS And Congress!

Election Commission shocked TRS on 25th August by not including Huzur Nagar seat in the latest re-election notification.
EC had to hold elections before November to the constituency, as Uttam Kumar Reddy, sitting MLA won as Nalgonda MP and decided to continue as MP.
TRS has been eyeing the seat from few months and they have been planning to give it to Kalvakuntla Kavitha, who lost in elections previously.
Congress is looking to win the seat again while BJP is staying away from this constituency. EC might have been acting according to BJP's plans, we are not sure.
For now, EC announced by-elections for Dantewada - Chattisgarh, Pala - Kerala, Hamirpur - Uttar Pradesh and Bhadhar Ghat - Tripura on 23rd September. From 28th August to 4th September contestants can submit their B-forms for nomination in the said areas.
