Election is in Munugode, but why is LB Nagar agog with activity?
By: Tupaki Desk | 9 Oct 2022 3:35 AM GMTThere is a lot of excitement and hullabaloo in LB Nagar as Munugode goes to polls on November 3. Wondering why there should be feverish activity in LB Nagar when Munugode, a good 50 km goes to polls? There is a reason for this. It is in LB Nagar that a large number of voters from Munugode are settled. These migrants from Munugode now settled in LB Nagar, still have their votes in Munugode.
Hence, they are being wooed. At least 20000 voters from Munugode are now in LB Nagar working in Hyderabad. They have become very important for the bypoll. All the parties are wooing these voters. It is being said that the BJP is far ahead of all other parties on this count. The party leaders have put their vast network to work and have identified the voters.
The BjP has already conducted ward level and area-wise meetings with the migrants. Rajagopal Reddy himself attended several meetings with the migrant voters. Already three rounds of meetings have been held in LB Nagar and plans are said to be afoot to transport these migrant voters to Munugode on the day of polling.
The TRS is yet to begin its work in LB Nagar, while the Congress, clearly, is a non-starter. There is literally no activity of the Congress Party. Though no less a person than TPCC chief Revanth Reddy himself referred to the migrant voters, no efforts whatsoever are being made by the local Congress workers to contact the voters from Munugode now in LB Nagar.
