2) Good Writing Skills
3) Analysing an issue & ability to find solution
Jana Sena has been giving priority to the aspirants who have good understanding about the local issues and their command on the language. People who aspire to become Spokespersons need to deliver their speeches in the presence of Experts. Content Writers & Analysts need to write answers for the question paper they receive.
Interestingly, B.Tech, M.Tech & Phd Graduates have been keen to join Jana Sena Party. Selection Process has been completed in Uttar Andhra. 25 Members have been picked up from three districts out of 6,250 Applicants. Pawan Kalyan will be meeting all the selected candidates soon.
Speakers, Content Writers and Analysts of Jana Sena will be chosen as Candidates for 2019 General Elections based on their performance. Will such a strategy yield good results?
