As per the local American media, one of seven kids of Elon Musk's children Xavier Alexander Musk, son of Elon Musk, and Canadian author Justine Wilson knocked on the doors of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica seeking a special birth certificate based on his new identity.
Media reports claim that Xavier Alexander Musk turned out to be transgender and wants a special birth certificate on the grounds of her new gender identity. In the same petition, Xavier Alexander Musk also said that she doesn't want her name to be associated with Elon Musk as she is not living with him.
The sensational petition was filed back in April this year and the petition came to light recently. Besides removing Elon Musk's name from her name, Xavier Alexander Musk also reportedly wants people to recognize her as a woman based on her new gender identity. Xavier Alexander Musk is also trying to get her name associated with her mother. However, Elon Musk is yet to comment on this and all eyes are on the petition now.
