Eluru Mysterious Disease: Patients' Blood Samples Contain Excessive Metal Traces!

Now, the doctors who tested the samples of the patients have found lead and nickel metals in their blood samples. The metal amounts are believed to be in excessive amounts.
News Agency Indo-Asian News Service (IANS) quoted West Godavari Joint Collector Himanshu Shukla as saying: Excessive amount of lead and nickel were found in the blood samples. This could be a reason for the sickness. We are sending some samples to AIIMS, Delhi to know more about the sickness.
The Joint Collector said that they have also tested the water and milk in the Eluru region to check if they contain metal traces. The reports declared water and milk metal-free.
The authorities have also tested the vegetables and sweets in the region as a safe side. As water and milk are found to be metal-free, the authorities are waiting for the reports of vegetables and sweets.
The Vegetable samples and sweets samples were sent to Hyderabad and Delhi respectively. The sample reports are expected to arrive in a couple of days.
