End of moratorium on death hangings -Kuwait

The Kuwait government returns to its previous policy and overcome the declaring moratorium on death hangings after 12 years. On Tuesday, an Egyptian Hajjaj Sadhi who raped 18 children and Ahmed Abdulsalam who murdered a couple were hanged to death. This punishment was executed in a gallow which was arranged near car parking of Kuwait main jail.
Sadhi was 33 years old and there are allegations on him that he raped children who are of below the age of 16 years. Sadhi agreed that he committed those crimes. Ahmed Abdulsalam also agreed that he put petrol on the house of an Asian couple and murdered them. International Human Rights Association called these people to face execution.
