TV Anchor paid $55 Million for leak of NUDE video

TV Personality and Sportscaster Erin Andrews won the law suit she filed against her stalker Michael David Barrett and owner of the Nashville Marriott hotel at Vanderbilt University over her secretly recorded nude video. Although she sought $75 million in damages, All she would be receiving is $55 million from the accused.
The Jury found fault with Michael David Barrett and Nashville Marriott 51% and 49% respectively. Hence, The compensation they have to pay was distributed as $28 million and $26 million.
Michael David Barrett received jail sentence of up to 2-and-a-half years for stalking Erin Andrews and recording her nude video by altering the hotel room peepholes. The nude clip and pictures of the TV Personality have been all over the internet. Ever since the video leak, Erin Andrews went into depression and afraid of crowds/people.
