EVM Glitches In Other States As Well, Not Just In AP!

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has termed the malfunctioning of EVMs on the polling day in the state as a conspiracy by BJP to dethrone him from power in 2019 with the help of Election Commission. He even decided to spearhead the movement against the EC citing these technical glitches.
EVMs Malfunctioning was reported in Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra as well during the ongoing Lok Sabha Polls. Can TDP Supremo say that it's a conspiracy to defeat AIADMK and BJP Governments in these respective states?
When such huge number of EVMs have been used by the Election Commission, Few hundreds of them mayn't work properly and that's not something very unusual. EVMs malfunction was reported during 2014 Elections as well. When Chandrababu Naidu hadn't found fault with it then, Why is he now making it a big issue?
Way back in 2009, Naidu blamed EVMs for the defeat of Telugu Desam Party. The same accusations have been made 10 years later. What does that indicate?
