Ex-Cricketer has a Chance to Enter Rajya Sabha?

Delhi-based Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) which is on a mission to increase its footprints in other states had put up a sensational show in the recent Punjab elections. The party took on Congress and BJP and swept the polls.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Bhagwant Mann was proposed as the Chief Minister of Punjab and other leaders have supported the proposal. Bhagwant took oath as the Chief Minister the other day and the work to pick the cabinet is said to be going on in full swing.
As far as the cabinet is concerned, it has been widely reported that the AAP is thinking of sending a famous cricketer from Punjab to Rajya Sabha. Several national media outlets have claimed the same, giving the close relations between cricket and Bhagwant as the reason.
Media reports are abuzz that AAP is expected to send former cricketer Harbhajan Singh to Rajya Sabha and he might be one of the two Rajya Sabha members to represent the party in the upper house.
For the past few months, it has been reported that Harbhajan Singh would enter politics. His pictures with the political leaders added fuel to these reports. Though he did not enter politics, the news of the same continues to erupt now and then.
Now the media is saying that Harbhajan Singh might get elated to the Rajya Sabha. We have to wait and see what happens. Earlier Sachin was sent to Rajya Sabha.
