Exclusive: NTR Son to join BJP!

Former Rajya Sabha member Harikrishna who is miffed with TDP leadership for denying the Assembly ticket for upcoming General Elections is planning to join BJP. He feels TDP insulted him despite sacrificing his Rajya Sabha seat in protest against the Bifurcation.

Apparently, Harikrishna initially thought of contesting either from Penamaluru or Hindupur Assembly constituencies on TDP ticket. However, He was denied ticket and Hari has given statements like 'Naidu has deliberately ignored him' after Balakrishna filed his nomination in Hindupur on April 16th.

Harikrishna expected Chandrababu to name him as party candidate at least from Nuziveedu Assemgly segment. But, His name didn't feature in the 5th list of candidates announced by TDP for 23 Assembly constituencies. Naidu preferred Mudraboyina Venkateswara Rao over Hari for Nuziveedu segment.

As a result, Harikrishna is making the ground work to contest on BJP ticket if the alliance talks with TDP fail. It would be interesting to see NTR's Son and Daughter (Purandeswari) in the same party if the deal materializes!
