Worst is yet to come: Experts forecast that Covid-19 deaths might get doubled!

Right when things seemed under control, the new wave of Covid-19 has started to trouble India in the form of fresh infections and casualties. New cases and casualties are being reported at all-time high numbers.
As a scary development, the Covid second wave has been ringing danger bells in several states and cities. The entire population of the country is praying to god for things to come.
However, experts are of opinion that the current situation is just a teaser and the main picture is yet to come in the form of massive casualties triggered by the deadly Covid-19 virus.
Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore predicted that the coming weeks will be even more devastating and if the same Covid-19 situation continues to prevail, India will see more than 4 lakh Covid deaths by the 11 of June.
Now the entire world is talking about the second wave of Covid-19 in India and warned the Indian government to focus on appropriate measures to contain the virus or else things will turn worse.
Warning India about the worst days ahead, the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington predicted that by the end of July this year, India might report as many as 1,018,879 deaths.
The warnings about the worst days come at the time when India is steadily reporting high single-day casualties and cases. After reporting more than 4 lakh new Covid-19 cases, India has been reporting the downtrend in new cases.
In the past 24 hours, India witnessed as many as 382,315 new cases taking the total cumulative caseload to over 20.6 million. With a record 3,780 deaths, the Covid-19 deaths rose to 226,188.
