Congress former Chief and MP Rahul Gandhi is having a tough time with social media platforms over the post he made which reveals the identity of the kin of nine-year-old Dalit rape victim.

Raising issues over the violation of its policies, Facebook had taken down the post of Rahul Gandhi on Instagram. The short video he posted earlier this month shows him having a conversation with the kin of the victim.

As per the media reports, Facebook had sent an email to Rahul Gandhi saying that his post goes against the policies and hence the post was removed.

It is said that Facebook removed Rahul Gandhi's post as a response to the complaint raised by the National Commission for Protection of Children's Rights.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi's Twitter account was suspended and the suspension was lifted later in connection with the same post.

Looking at the incident, the said incident was reported on August 1. A nine-year-old Dalit baby was allegedly raped and murdered at a crematorium in national capital Delhi. The incident has created an uproar.
