Fantastic price for Autonagar Surya

The satellite rights of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha starrer 'Autonagar Surya' has been sold out for a whooping Rs 4.6 crore. Gemini TV has acquired the TV premiere rights of this youthful action entertainer. This is the highest price offered for Chaitu's solo film and that shows he is growing as a star material.
It was Gemini TV which bagged the satellite rights of Akkineni multi-starrer 'Manam' for Rs 7 crore. This is also the highest price offered for a film featuring Akkineni heroes.
These days, Competition between MAA and Gemini has been benefitting the producers a lot. While MAA is banking heavily on its popular show 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' and Dubbing Serials, Gemini TV has been completely focus on the TRPs it earns from TV Premieres of films. In the recent past, Satellite rights of almost all the promising/successful films has been bagged by Gemini.
