Are the people living there fearing serial killer and do the ongoing developments hint at the same? Well, many say yes to this. As this happened in America, this grabbed everyoneâs attention and people are discussing the debate.
Going into details, the Police found a dead body in a Texas lake. A dead body was found floating on the lake and the concerned Police were informed about this. The body was pulled out of the lake by the Police officers. Shockingly, this is not the first body that was pulled out of Austin Lake.
The victim who was pulled out of the lake was identified as John Christopher Hays-Clark. The victim's age is just 30. After the news came out, people started linking it with previous incidents and raised doubt about possible serial killersâ fear in Texas.
In recent times, four bodies were pulled out and John Christopher Hays-Clark is the fourth person to be pulled out. A few months back, a dead body was found in Austin Lake and the victim was identified as Jason John. His body was found in February this year.
In March a dead body was also pulled out of the lake by the cops. In April, a person who went missing was found dead in the same lake and the victim was identified as Johnathan Honey who is 33 years old.
If we look at the similarities in the four incidents, the victims' age from 30-35, and their bodies were found in the same lake. After going missing, they were found floating on the lake. Though the cops say there is nothing to worry about, people are seeing the similarities in these incidents and raising doubt about possible threats from a serial killer.
Locals fear that any serial killer might be on the loose and is going after people who are in their thirties and might have thrown their bodies in the lake. To back the doubts, people are linking the old incidents with the latest one.
However, there is also an opinion that there might not be truth in fear of a serial killer. As the postmortem reports reportedly said that there are traces of alcohol in their bodies, a few say that victims might have taken alcohol and got drowned in the lake in a state of intoxication.
