Andhra Pradesh Reports 5292 Fresh Corona Infections In 24 Hours

The spree of witnessing fewer fresh Coronavirus infections continues in Andhra Pradesh, which is currently at the second spot with the Coronavirus outbreak after Maharashtra.
According to the information provided by the media bulletin, 66,944 samples were tested in the past 24 hours and 5292 patients were found infected with the virus. So far, a total of 7,36,824 patients were diagnosed with Covid-19.
In the last 24 hours, 42 patients breathed their last battling the contagious disease, which pushes the total Covid-19 fatalities in the state to 6128.
The total load of Covid-19 recoveries pass surged 6. 8-lakh mark and rose to 6,84,930, with as many as 6,120 patients beating the contagious disease in the span of 24 hours. There are 48,661 active cases in the state.
East Godavari continues to be the worst-affected region with a total of 103898 positive cases, followed by West Godavari(72,529), and Chittor(68,146). These regions hold the lion share of the total cases.
