File A Case Against Ambati Rambabu: Court Tells Cops!

Senior politician Ambati Rambabu has had a long journey in politics. His career started in the grand old Congress party and he joined the YSRCP when Jagan started the party. He won the elections in 2019 and was inducted into the second cabinet that was announced recently.
Ambati Rambabu was given the key portfolio of Irrigation (Water Resources). The Cabinet Minister is a fierce critic of opposition parties and he never misses any opportunity to target them on various issues. He makes a satirical attack on the opposition parties in the state.
Now the ruling party Minister is in the news for the wrong reason as the Court issued orders to file a case against him. Not just filing a case the Court also directed the concerned Police to probe the matter against Ambati Rambabu.
The orders were issued by the Guntur Court hearing a petition filed by the Janasena leaders. After the Police did not file a case against the Minister the party leaders moved the Court and the court issued orders to register a case and probe the matter.
Alleging that YSRCP leaders sold lottery tickets in Sattenapalli in the name of 'YSR Sankranti Lucky Draw' the Janasena leaders moved the court. The petitioners said that lottery ticket sales are banned in the state and despite this, the tickets were sold.
During the arguments, the court was reportedly informed that the concerned Police did not register a complaint despite complaining. Now we have to wait to see how the Cabinet Minister or the government reacts to this.
