Rape Case: Producer surrenders in Police Station!

Bollywood Producer Karim Morani who was charged with rape surrendered in Hayat Nagar Police Station.
A Mumbai-based Aspiring Actress approached Karim Morani for Acting Assignment. The Producer promised to offer her an opportunity to act opposite none other than Shahrukh Khan. Karim Morani is the producer of Shahrukh Khan's films 'Chennai Express' and 'Dilwale'.
In 2015, The shoot of 'Dilwale' happened in Ramoji Film City. That's when Karim Morani asked the aspiring actress to meet him in Hyderabad. He raped her repeatedly in Hyd and later blackmailed the victim with her nude pictures. This harassment continued for one-and-a-half year.
A Case under Sections 417, 376, 342, 506 of IPC and Nirbhaya Act were registered by Hayat Nagar Police.
