Murder attempt on MIM MLA Owaisi: Final Verdict!

Nampally 7th Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court on Thursday delivered its final verdict in the case related to murder attempt against MIM Legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi. Judge declared four people (Saleem Bin, Abdullah, Avad and Hasan Bin) as convicts in the case. However, Prime Accused Pahilvan and 10 others have been acquitted. The quantum of punishment to the convicts will be pronounced on Friday.
On April 30th in 2011, An attempt to kill MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was done at Barkar-Balapur Road in Chandrandrayanagutta. The Legislator was severely injured in this attack but managed to survive due to immediate medical assistance. In the firing done by MLA's Gunman, A youth identified as Ibrahim got killed.
Police had booked attempt-to-murder charges against 13 Accused. Nampally Court recorded the statements of 19 witnesses and Akbaruddin Owaisi. Final Verdict is being delivered Today. Both Pahilvan's Gang & MIM Party Workers came to the court on Thursday. Huge police force has been deployed in Old City and Nampally Court premises as a precautionary measure.
