Cheating Case against Sakshi Dhoni

In connection with a fraud case, An FIR has been filed against Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's wife Sakhi under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.
Apparently, Sakshi Dhoni is one of the fours Directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt Ltd. All of them holds considerable amount of shares in Sports World Pvt Ltd.
Dennis Arora too owns about 39 percent shares in Sports World Pvt Ltd. He entered into an agreement with Directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt Ltd to sell his shares. But now, Mr.Arora alleges Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt Ltd has paid him only Rs 2.25 crore out of Rs 11 crore promised to him. The Directors haven't settled the balance amount even though March 31st was the last date. Hence, A complaint was lodged and subsequently FIR has been registered.
Neither Sakshi Dhoni nor Other Directors responded on the allegations so far. A press release from Rhiti MSD Almode Pvt Ltd could be expected any time soon.
