First Look: Nayantara in & as Anamika

Watch out the exclusive first look of Nayantara in the upcoming bilingual 'Anamika' which is a Telugu-Tamil remake of Bollywood hit 'Kahaani' which stars Vidya Balan in the lead. Especially, this particular picture is from the climax of the movie. The entire shoot has been wrapped up in 50-odd days and the film was mostly shot in Old City, Hyderabad.
The unit reveals 'Anamika' isn't a scene-to-scene copy of 'Kahaani' but it was an adaptation and Sekhar Kammula made sure that the script has underwent a lot of changes to suit the South Indian sensibilities yet it retains the soul of the original.
Nayan will be seen as a pregnant woman who is in search of her husband in the movie. The film is basically a thriller and few unexpected twists & turns makes you glued to the screens till the very end. 'Ananmika' is the kind of film you will come out of the theatres feeling that you have watched a good movie.
