First Man to score 1,000 Runs in an Innings

Pranav Dhanawade is the opener of KC Gandhi High School in Mumbai. He reached the landmark while playing against Arya Gurukul School in an inter-school tournament organized by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). Pranav remained unbeaten on 1009 runs in just 323 balls and KC Gandhi High School declared the innings 1,465 runs at the loss of three wickets. The strike rate maintained by Pranav is 312.38 and he had hit 129 fours & 59 sixes.
The Teenager broke 116-year record for highest individual score in any form of cricket after he reached 629 runs. The record was earlier in the name of AEJ Collins who played for Clark's House in 1899.
Pranav Dhanawade's father was an auto rickshaw driver. His father was present in the ground when the champion cricketer reached the landmark.
