Researchers for the first time found that a man in the United States was reinfected with the novel coronavirus. A 25-year-old man in Reno, Nevada, who tested positive for the virus in April, has developed more severe COVID-19.
He got sick again in late May and developed more severe coronavirus, the disease caused by the virus.
According to researchers, this is the first time that identified they have someone who was reinfected with coronavirus.
Earlier this week, University of Hong Kong researchers announced details of a 33-year-old man who had recovered in April from COVID-19 and was diagnosed four months later with a different strain of the virus.
