Hyd: First Talaq Case registered after SC Verdict!

Supreme Court delivered a historic verdict on Triple Talaq recently. The Apex Court ruled Talaq is unconstitutional and ruins the rights of Muslim Women. It even directed Centre to bring a Law within six months. Even before NDA Government could do so, A first of it's kind Talaq-Nirbhaya case has been registered and that too in Hyderabad.
In August 2016, The Victim married Mohammed Mansoor who went back to Abu Dhabi after spending 25 days with her in the city. Mansoor pressurized his wife to approach Black Magician Bhai Miya for conceiving a baby boy. She stopped meeting the Black Magician after few visits as he used to behave in an inappropriate manner. Recently, The woman delivered a baby girl. Upset over it, Mansoor sent talaq to his wife in the form of notice.
The Victim lodged a complaint with Charminar Police against her husband, in-laws and the black magician. Black Magician and 7 Others have been taken into custody. A lookout notice was served for Mansoor who is currently in Abu Dhabi.
