Clarity Over 5 Days Bank Holidays

Social Media is abuzz that Banks are likely to remain closed for 5 Days in the First Week of September 2018. There is little truth in the five days holidays of the banking sector.
September 1st: Banks will remain open for Half Day.
September 2nd: Sunday
September 3rd: Krishna Janmashtami..It's an optional holiday. Only Banks in North Indian States might have a holiday.
September 4th & 5th: United Forum of Reserve Bank Officers & Employees Forum called for a strike. If RBI Employees take part in the strike, Only the reserve bank operations will get stalled but banks will work normally.
Banks gonna function normally on next Thursday and Friday. 2nd Saturday and Sunday will be holidays.
Public needn't be worried much about the few holidays in the next 8 days. Banks and ATMs will function normally to prevent any sort of inconvenience to the people. Officials say, Bank Holidays won't be more than 3 days at a stretch.
