Andhra Pradesh: Five People Booked For Duping Students Over H1B Visa

The US President-elect Joe Biden's Administration consideration increasing the H-1B visas and other high-skilled visas gave rise to the H1B visa fraud in India as such incidents are reported.
One such incident was reported from the East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. The AP Directorate of Enforcement(ED) sleuths has booked five people for duping students over visas.
The ED has issued lookout notices against the family members of the five accused in the H1B visa fraud case. The investigation, in this case, is underway and more details are awaited.
The ED filed a case against the five accused over the H1B visa fraud after the victims complained about the fraud to the ED officials through E-mail.
A similar incident took place in Vijayawada where a couple duped the students over America H1B visa. The authorities are appealing to the public to not fall into such traps.
