Flash: CBI enquiry on KCR, Vijayashanti & Harish Rao

CBI Court on Friday directed the Investigation sleuths to probe the disproportionate assets of TRS Chief KCR, His nephew & Siddipet MLA Harish Rao and Congress leader Vijayashanti.

Advocate Wadera Balaji filed a petition in CBI Court based on the allegations made by former TRS Leader Raghunandana Rao that the trio amassed crores worth assets in the name of Telangana agitations.

However, CBI Officers in AP are in a dilemma whether to follow the orders of the Special CBI court or not. They claim only High Court and Supreme Court could order them to conduct an inquiry.

Meanwhile, The present developments will give an opportunity for the TDP-BJP Alliance to attack both TRS and Congress parties in the election season.
