Like they say 'All Roads Lead To Rome', All the people who were involved in the corrupt practices that took place during former chief minister late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's regime have been ending up in jails. It's now the turn of another big fish KVP Ramachandra Rao to pay the price!
KVP Ramachandra Rao and 5 Others are found guilty by US for allegedly bribing Indian Government Officials to the tune of $10 Million for the sake of securing Mining Leases in Andhra Pradesh. Charges have been leveled against them for using American financial institutions to transfer the bribes and plotting to sell Titanium to an unnamed company based in Chicago.
US Prosecutors allege one of the accused even met YS Rajasekhar Reddy to discuss about money laundering. They also reveal KVP had bargained bribes for himself and others as part of the quid pro quo deal. This so called US company spent $10 Million for the sake of $500 Million it would be receiving through the sale of Titanium mines.
