Food Delivery Boy Arrested For Raping A Minor

Rapes continue to happen in the country no matter how many stringent laws were implemented to prevent crimes. Not even a Minor Girl from a Special Home for Children (Girls) was spared by the rapists.
As per the Police Records, The Matron of Special Home for Children in Nimboliadda gave the key of the main gate to few girls and asked them to open the lock only if persons she named visits the home. The Girl (Victim) forgot to lock the gate upon opening it and handed over the key to the Matron. That is when the Accused (identified as P Shiva) contacted the Girl through Watchman's Mobile and lured her to step out of home on November 27th. Later, Shiva abducted the Girl and sexually violated her for three days at a house in Miyapur.
The Special Home registered a missing complaint with the Miyapur Police. Cops nabbed Shiva who is absconding on Wednesday night. The Accused who works as Food Delivery Boy for Swiggy admitted sexually assaulting the Minor Girl.
Actually, Miyapur Police made the Girl stay at the Special Home for Children in Nimboliadda ever since her Mother refused to accept her after she went missing in February. Unfortunately, She has now become a rape victim. Will the Minor Girl receive same justice as that of Disha?
