You can apply for an Aadhaar Card at an enrolment centre in the country. Nearly 90 days has to be waited for obtaining the newly generated Aadhaar.

Under the 'My Aadhaar' Tab, Click on 'Check Aadhaar Status', Then you will find plenty of options which could be very useful.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) came up with a Toll-Free Helpline Number 1800 300 1947 or 1947 for the convenience of the Aadhaar Card Holders. This service is operated 24/7 and also throughout the year. Citizens could use this helpline to file complaints or make suggestions to strengthen the whole system.
Any Individual can call 1947 to convey the issues faced and get it resolved at the earliest.
You can report the grievances through e-mail as well: help@uidai.gov.in
Citizens can also raise the complaint through post, by sending a letter to any of the Regional Centres or UIDAI Headquarters.
