Foreign Couple's Sex Video Goes Viral

A video reportedly of a foreign couple seen in a compromising position on the terrace of Ghantaghar Police Station in Udaipur went viral on Social Media. The angle hints video was captured from a building adjacent to the police station and it could have happened during Holi period.
Initially, Udaipur SP Rajendra Prasad Goyal denied any such possibility in the premises of police station. Later, He said there are two ways to reach the terrace and somebody might have used the stairs of a temple situated in the same premises to reach there. He, however, maintained probe hasn't been initiated as nobody lodged any complaint so far.
At the same time, Mr.Goyal opined such video on social media don't have any authenticity and it's near impossible for anyone to confirm it's certainly the terrace of police station. He even says no action can be taken against the foreigners as kissing/hugging each other is quite common in their culture and even the two people can't be identified from the footage. When quizzed about violating public decency, He downplayed the incident saying these things are common in places where large number of foreigners arrive.
Whereas, An internal enquiry is being carried out by the Police Department. Priest of the temple is being grilled.
