Forgery Case against TDP MLC

Hyderabad Central Crime Station (CCS) Police has filed a forgery case on TDP MLC Deepak Reddy for allegedly trying to encroach a prime land in Banjara Hills with forged documents.
The issue is regarding 3.37 acres of land in Survey No. 129/71 Banjara Hills Road No.2. State Government has sanctioned this land to refugee Ayub Kamal several decades ago. MVS Chowdary purchased this property from Ayub Kamal in 1960. Since then, It's been under Chowdary's control.
However, Deepak Reddy & Jai Hanuman Estates owned by B. Sailesh Saxena, B Sanjay Saxena and B Prakash Chandra Saxena has created bogus documents to claim this prime land was bought by them from Ansari Brothers who purchased in from Ayub Kamal.
MVP Chowdary brought the forgery to the notice of Collector. Shekpeta Mandal Revenue Officials found out during the preliminary investigation that the land belongs to MVP Chowdary. Based on the complaint filed with CCS Police, A forgery case has been registered.
