Former CM of Combined AP purchases lavish Bungalow in Hyderabad!

After the bifurcation of Telangana from the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, former Chief Minister Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy was not seen in active politics. He had floated a political party and lost the elections cheaply within winning any seats. Kiran Kumar Reddy served as the last CM of combined Andhra Pradesh.
The Former Chief Minister was in the news after a long time. However, the reason is not related to politics. As per the media reports, Kiran Kumar Reddy purchased a lavish property in the posh area of Jubilee Hills.
India's leading financial information source MoneyControl had reported that the lavish bungalow costs around Rs 11 crore. The property that was spread in 1,747 square yards has a built-up area of 2,877 square feet.
It is also said that a pioneer in the real estate business had made the deal and helped the former Chief Minister to get a property in the costly locality in Hyderabad, Jubilee Hills, the place where film celebrities and a few politicians reside.
