Indian former all-rounder cricketer Rajat Bhatia, who had represented a few teams in the Indian Premier League(IPL) tournament found fault with comparing Australian player Steve Smith with former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

In his recent interview with a sports channel, Rajat Bhatia, who played for Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) said that the team reached the IPL final in 2017 because of Dhoni and not because of Steve Smith who led the RSP team.

Showering praises on Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the allrounder said Smith cannot be compared to Dhoni and in the list of top ten skippers, Steve Smith will not even find a place.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni played for Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) in 2016 and 2017 when the CSK was banned for two years. Dhoni led the team in 20916, by the owners have replaced Dhoni as skipper with Smith.

Talking about World Cup Winning player Gautam Gambhir, Bhatia said, he loves playing under his captaincy. However, he said, there is no maturity in his captaincy while leading the Delhi Daredevils.
