As a sudden development, former UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav's daughter-in-law, Aparna Yadav donated Rs 11 lakh for Ram Mandir construction. Kaushal, Awadh province Prant Pracharak, and others have reached the residence of Mrs. Yadav.
After donating money for the Ram Mandir construction, Aparna Yadav addressed the media. She said they have faith and reverence in Lord Ram and that is why she donated money. Aparna urged everyone to donate to the temple
When asked about firing on Kar Sevaks in Ayodhya, she said, She doesn't want to comment on that but said it's painful what happened with Kar Sevaks. The past cannot be changed and we should live in the present, she said.
Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra has launched a nationwide fundraiser campaign to collect funds for Bhavya Ram Mandir on January 15 which will last till the 27th of February.
The Uttar Pradesh government has earlier said that every household will be made a part of the donation drive. Unlike other temples, the Ayodhya trust will not mention the names of the devotees who donate money for Ram Mandir.
The Supreme Court paved the way for Ayodhya Ram Mandir by ordering that the disputed piece of land should be handed over to a trust which will take care of the Mandir construction.
