Four Communities Get Big Importance in the New Cabinet!!

There has been a lot of discussion and speculation about how the new Andhra Pradesh cabinet is going to be. Over the past few days, a lot of debates and discussions are being held on the news channels about the chances of the aspirants making it to the new Cabinet.
No need for such analysis as the government had announced the final list of Cabinet Ministers. 11 Ministers were retained from the previous cabinet while 14 new faces were inducted into the Cabinet. The oath-taking ceremony started just a while ago and Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan is administering the oath-taking ceremony.
The core committee had worked hard on picking the candidates. The community equations and the services made by the leaders of the party were taken into the cabinet. On the same grounds, young leaders like Vidadala Rajini were given a chance.
BC, SC, ST, Kapu, and Reddy communities were given high importance in the new cabinet. The first three communities make up a big amount of vote bank for any party. Historically, the communities have been supporting the Congress in the combined Andhra Pradesh.
When Jagan Mohan Reddy had floated his YSRCP after the untimely demise of his father YSR, the communities had shifted their support to Jagan. In the 2019 polls, the communities voted for YCP. Keeping this in mind, the leaders hailing from these communities were given a chance.
To give preference to the communities, the seniors and key leaders like Balineni Srinivasa Reddy and Kodali Nani were not given spots in the cabinet. Despite Balineni having close relations with Jagan as he happens to be a relative of his, he was not considered for the Cabinet position.
While the Jagan government gave importance to the communities, it is interesting to see how the party will deal with the leaders who are not angry with losing the cabinet posts. A few leaders have reportedly developed high BP levels due to the tension and unhappiness of not being able to make it to the final list of the Cabinet team. A few reports say that the unhappy leaders will be given plum posts to pacify them. We have to wait and see.
