Four Indian Cricketers to retire after Bangladesh Tour
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 May 2015 3:34 PM GMTBCCI is considering the option of giving four Senior Players a chance to have a graceful send-off. The list include World Cup 2011 heroes Virendra Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh. These are the players who won so many matches for India in the past decade. So, They truly deserve the opportunity to end their illustrious career wearing the Team India jersey.
Selectors have stopped considering these Fab Four for any of the tours in the recent past due to lack of form and fitness. As Dhoni and Kohli decided to take a break for one or two months post the ongoing IPL 8, BCCI is keen on picking up these four players for the Bangladesh Tour which is like a farewell series for them.
The squad for Bangladesh Tour will be announced by Selectors on May 20th in Mumbai. While the tour starts with a Test Match on June 10th, It ends with a Day-Night ODI on June 24th.
