Russia-Ukraine War: Friendship Between India Russia Blossoms!

India and Russia enjoy a good Bilateral friendship and the good ties have been going on for the past few years. Russia expressed its friendly nature towards India by supporting India on the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. When other nations opposed this, Russia said that it is an internal matter of India and they cannot intervene in this.
Having found a good friend in Russia, India reciprocated by displaying the same diplomacy in the Russia-Ukraine matter. When a resolution was tabled in the United Nations Security Council against Russia, India had abstained from voting not just once but multiple times.
This diplomatic nature of India had resulted in friendship blossoming between the two nations further. As a result, Russia had once again shown to the world that India is its true friend. It also highlighted the differences it has with other nations amid the war with Ukraine.
When the other nations are blaming Russia for invading Ukraine saying that the decision is not appreciable and the nation should take responsibility for the outcome of the war, Russia showed its strong nature. Russia indirectly said that it is not bothered about the nations.
In a bid to show its strong nature, Russia had decided to remove the flags of the nations that are against it. As a result of the decision, the flags of the United States, Japan, and other nations have been removed from the Russian space agency Roscosmos.
While the flags of other nations were removed from the space agency, India’s flag was not removed and the flag remained the same.
It is not a surprise that Russia chose not to remove the Indian flag, given the friendly ties it has with our country. India is also dependent on Russia for weapons.
Despite waging a war on Ukraine, the Russian Army troops are also focused on safely evacuating Indians from Ukraine. Russia said that its army troops will also help in airlifting Indians from there.
On the other hand, the experts say that India might face the after-effects of this diplomacy from the other nations as they might play the same game when India needs any help from them.
